3-axis Hall Probes: Latest Developments
Learn about the latest developments in magnetic field measurement. As reported at Magnetics 2008, a new generation of ultra-compact 3-axis Hall probes, combining the latest technology for Hall probes, electronics, firmware and software, enables total-field measurements where they were previously inconceivable: hand-held or direct USB connection, fields from mT to 20 T, gaps down to 1.3 mm. This talk will provide an update on recent developments of this technology, in particular for measurements of very low fields (uT range) and AC fields (DC to 1 kHz).
